Once your scout is officially registered with Pack 548, you’ll receive an email invitation to join Scoutbook. Follow the instructions to create an account or link an existing one. If you don’t receive the invite, reach out to your Den Leader or Pack Committee Chair.

Scoutbook is a web-based platform and works on mobile browsers. However, BSA also offers the Scouting app (available on iOS and Android), which syncs with Scoutbook and allows parents and scouts to track progress, check schedules, and more.

Yes! Parents can log certain achievements and activities at home, especially if they were done outside of meetings. Leaders will review and approve them once submitted.

Only authorized Pack 548 leaders and connected parents/guardians can see your scout’s profile and records. Scoutbook is designed with privacy and security in mind.

Although Scoutbook has the ability to schedule and track events, we felt it was better for our pack to use our own tools. To find current events please go to our calendar on this website or to the Google calendar for the pack.

Although Scoutbook has a messaging feature that allows leaders to send updates to parents. Cub Scout Pack 548 has an email system(Listserve) that we can communicate through. When you register on this website, and after we verify you are part of the pack, your email address will be added to your dens email list. an automated email will be sent with additional information.
